A wall of windows. I always wanted it a little more focal!

The After:
I love this bird print. I am not really sure what style or theme I was going for here. I just wanted this room to be inviting, eclectic an a little whimsy. This is where we spend most of our time relaxing and entertaining.
You can find it online at: http://www.interiormall.com/cat/nsample.asp?ID=182277&t=731
There are 3 styles to choose from, one that has more green (that is the one I chose..autumn), sunrise ...more red or midnight, black background.
Hobby Lobby is now carrying the sunrise version.
I wanted a very large print because of the length of curtain I needed. Each panel is 15 feet long. Each bird stands about 14" tall. It is a brocade upholstery fabric...so much texture and color...love it!
The before (at Halloween time):
This collage is full of texture and random sepia black and white pictures that I found on the internet. I tried to find images that captured pieces of my families hobbies, inspirations or favorite conversations.
The "C" and the "&" are wooden pieces that I glued on top of the glass of frames for a little dimension. Under the glass is some fabric that I liked that shared the tones I needed.
Right now my boys are really into Pokemon. So you will find Pikachu and Ash : )
These little dandelions reminded me of my boys heading off to plant their roots in the big world...NOT TOO SOON!
To top it off...one of my favorite sayings that I truly believe in!
Last, I love doors...especially the old ones...lots of character and tons of layers of chipped paint!
I got this one at Garner Village. I couldn't pass it up.
Hi Tracey! I love where you put that door! what a great idea.
